I'm rather taken with this Blackletter font, which seems to be very traditional and very current at the same time. Great as a basis for a newspaper masthead… a certificate heading, or even a tattoo.
Available in two cuts, Black and Open, you can get them both from Ascender fonts http://tinyurl.com/ygax2qy for a very reasonable (imho) $57, or $30 each.
Just a thought… anything I recommend on this blog is because I like it, and only because I like it. I'm not affiliated with any hardware, software, font or image library… and I haven't received any freebies or cash for recommending anything. Just so you know.
